Jeffrey Horwitt

Jeff Horwitt is a Vice President at Hart Research. He works on a variety of projects including research for NBC News and The Wall Street Journal, ESPN, the Panetta Institute for Public Policy, the National Association of REALTORSÒ, the AFL-CIO, Service Employees International Union (SEIU), and the American Federation of Teachers (AFT).

Jeff also has worked on projects for many political campaigns in the mainland United States, as well as extensive work in Puerto Rico. In addition, he has conducted research for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC), the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee (DSCC), the Democratic Governors Association (DGA), and the Democratic Attorneys General Association (DAGA).

Jeff has worked at Hart Research since 2000, when he started as an assistant to Peter Hart. He worked with Mr. Hart on his speeches as well as projects for a variety of nonprofit organizations, corporations, political candidates, and media organizations. In addition he assisted Mr. Hart with his election night coverage for NBC News in 2000, 2002, and 2004.

Jeff graduated from Northwestern University’s School of Speech in June 2000 after completing an Honors Thesis comparing the civil rights policies of Presidents Nixon and Clinton.
