Rebecca Naser

Rebecca Naser is a senior analyst with Hart Research. She has conducted qualitative and quantitative research projects for a variety of clients, including nonprofit organizations, advocacy organizations, unions, and state and federal government agencies.

Rebecca has more than 15 years’ experience in the public policy and research fields. She worked for eight years in the federal public policy arena and, before joining Hart Research, served as a research associate at the Urban Institute. Ms. Naser also has served as an adjunct professor, teaching statistics and research methods.

Rebecca Naser has a Ph.D. in sociology from Howard University and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Michigan.
