Our Standards of Quality

When Hart Research undertakes a study, it is with a full commitment to get involved and stay involved. We remain available for consultation on an ongoing basis, at no charge, even after a project has been completed.

Not surprisingly, a large proportion of our work comes from repeat or referred clients. Here’s why:

  • Strategic Approach. Our goal is not merely to furnish interesting information; rather, we aim to provide the relevant decision making recommendations on which successful planning is built. When used properly, survey research can offer invaluable guidance for clients on how best to allocate resources such as money, time, and talent.

  • Creativity and Innovation. Hart Research believes that no two clients or studies are alike. We do not rely on "boilerplate" questionnaires or focus group discussion outlines, or standardized strategies. Each client's particular needs and concerns receive individual attention.

  • Quality Control. Hart Research is large enough to perform all aspects of a study in house, and to do each well. Sampling, data processing and tabulation, analysis of the results, and, of course, state-of-the-art, computer-assisted telephone interviewing in our two phonebanks are all performed by Hart Research personnel.
